Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

• If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
